Attended by members of the royal family, Status Quo’s show for the Princes Trust at the N.E.C. was one of the most famous and talked about in their history. Recorded on 14 May 1982, the show existed in two recorded parts - one an album released on Universal, and the other broadcast on the BBC. This release combines the two shows for the first time.

The show captures the band in full flight, with a setlist combining the best of their hits along with tracks from their various albums - one of the highlights being a 23 minute version of 4500 Hundred times.
