If stock is located in one of our stores, or we are awaiting a supplier restock, processing and delivery times may be longer than normal.
FREE UK SHIPPING
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £75 using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an alternative courier service such as DHL for higher-value items, including turntables.
Free shipping is calculated after any discounts, promotional codes or vouchers have been applied.
IN-STORE COLLECTION
Orders of any value may be collected from our stores in Dundee, Edinburgh or Glasgow at no additional cost.
RESERVE FOR FUTURE SHIPPING
We no longer offer a separate “Reserve for Future Shipping” shipping option. Customers may use a Future Shipping discount code 'which can be applied to subsequent orders.
This allows multiple orders to be combined into a single shipment. Once the combined value of eligible orders reaches £75 or more, the orders will qualify for free UK shipping. Combined orders will be held and dispatched together when requested by the customer or when the qualifying shipping threshold has been reached.
This option is available for UK delivery addresses only.
RECORD STORE DAY ORDERS
Free shipping on Record Store Day products is available on orders over £100.
ALBUM TICKET BUNDLES
Album Ticket Bundles are excluded from our free shipping offer. Shipping charges apply to the album element of these orders regardless of order value.

Processing & Delivery Time
The following processing and delivery times are estimates only.
We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that processing and delivery times may occasionally vary.
If stock is located in one of our stores, or we are awaiting supplier restocks, dispatch times may be extended.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing. Orders received after 12:00pm may begin processing on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIMES
We ship throughout the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Orders delivered locally may arrive more quickly than those sent to more remote areas.
Royal Mail currently advises that domestic deliveries may take between 2 and 14 working days, although these times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has been purchased.
International deliveries will generally take longer and are subject to customs processing and local postal services.
Additional Information
MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES
We are able to ship orders to UK-based mail-forwarding services.
Where a customer chooses to use a mail-forwarding company, delivery will be deemed complete once the order has been delivered to and accepted by the mail-forwarding service at the address provided on the order.
Assai Records is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, mishandling, repackaging, customs issues or additional shipping charges that occur after the order has been delivered to the mail-forwarding service.
Customers using mail-forwarding services do so at their own risk and should ensure that adequate insurance and protection is arranged with their chosen provider.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, HTS (Scotland) Ltd trading as Assai Records is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for redelivery, re-routing or reshipping.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country.
We collect and account for UK VAT where applicable. We are unable to refund or reimburse taxes, duties or charges levied by overseas authorities.
PACKAGING & TRANSIT DAMAGE
All orders are packaged using our bespoke packaging systems developed through over 20 years of shipping vinyl records worldwide.
We take great care to ensure orders arrive in the best possible condition. However, despite our packaging standards, postal operators and courier services may occasionally mishandle parcels during transit.
While minor cosmetic wear to outer sleeves or packaging can occasionally occur during shipping, each case will be assessed individually. If your order arrives with damage, please contact us promptly and provide photographs so that we can investigate and assist where possible.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
