The album was recorded in Berlin?s Chez Cherie studios, accompanied by longtime collaborator Earl Harvin (Tindersticks) and with the help of a number of other musicians- amongst them Terry Edwards (Gallon Drunk, Tindersticks) and Chris Bruce (Mesgell Ndgeocello, Chris Connelly.
