Lou Hayer has a past. She was in New Young Pony Club who were part of the early 2000s nu-rave scene and then formed new-wave duo New Sins and then Tomorrow's World with Air's JB Dunckel. All of which seems to be a pre-amble to this solo debut on Skint which sees her blend 80's R&B, French House and look back synth pop on an album which is a love letter to her home town of London.
