Previously known as Invasionen, INVSN (pronounced “Invasion”) initially started as a project for Dennis Lyxzén, prominently known as the lead vocalist of the Swedish hardcore punk band Refused. Lyxzén, who also led fellow hardcore band AC4 and the more garage rock inspired The (International) Noise Conspiracy), started INVSN in as a way of producing ‘70s and ‘80s punk and power pop.
