Kill City is the album of Iggy Pop and James Williamson, which is often overlooked, but which ultimately is essential. Originally recorded in 1975 and then published by Bomp! In 1977, critics have always praised the songs and performances, but also considered the general sound as "muddy". Now, 33 years later, the version of this historically important disc is here. Producer James Williamson remixed the album with engineer Ed Cherney at the Capitol. He records in Hollywood, and as the guitarist says, "he just made this recording sound sound all the time, and finally it has reached its full potential".
