Originally released in 2001, Graham's third solo album, Crow Sit On BloodTree, found him stretching his wings as a songwriterWhile the likes of 'Burn It Down' and 'You Will Never Be' buzzed with the same noisyalt- rock energy he'd brought to bear on iconic Blur tracks such as 'Song 2', on therecord's gentler moments, such as 'All Has Gone' and 'Thank God For The Rain', heshowed he could also master the delicate acoustic folk of Nick Drake and BertJansch."There's absolute mayhem on that at times, but there's quiet songs, too," Graham saysof the record, which was recorded, mixed and mastered in just two weeks. "I was stillexploring different music and what I could do. I'll turn my hand to so many differenttypes of music if it feels natural."
