The second album is about to gallop into every country loving home, but first Embla and the Karidotters are keeping us warm with these two singles: Bad Influence and (I Never Loved You) Like I Should. After being the drummer for Norwegian indie legends Razika for more than a decade, Embla assembled her band the Karidotters to pursue her lifelong passion for country. Reading as an all-star cast from Norway's music scene, they are: Marie Moe on bass (Razika, Slomosa), Tor-Arne Vikingstad on guitar (Sl?tface), Simen F?lstad Nilsen on lap steel (Aiming for Enrike) and Nils J?rgen Nilsen on drums (Honningbarna, The Needs). During 2022 Embla and the Karidotters received attention for their engaging live performances ending with the band line dancing off the stage through the audience. Now they are ready for the summer of 2023 filled with festivals and other gigs.
