DJ Tails & Noizer is a legendary Dutch hardcore and rave duo consisting of Marc (Tails) Oudijn and Michel (Noizer) van der Padt. Rising to prominence in the mid-1990s, they became essential figures in the Early Rave and Happy Hardcore scenes. "Drum & Basz" is their signature anthem, widely regarded as a genre-defining track.
