In 2002, the UK’s favourite breaks producers, Dark Globe first teamed up with 80s legend and one of music’s most iconic artists, Boy George for the club hit ‘Auto-Erotic’.

And regrouping in 2006 for the otherworldly waltz ‘Atoms’, and now; returning in 2024 with epic rolling juggernaut of a track ‘Mind Your Own Existence’.

‘Mind Your Own Existence’ is a call for us all to take responsibility of our own reality to make lasting change in a world where change is urgently needed, fusing the vibe of indie rock with epic swirling choirs and an agitated breakbeat, giving the world something they’ve never heard previously from either artist.

Dark Globe: “Sometimes you have to wait until a track is ready to be born and this is what happened with ‘Mind Your Own Existence’. With all the trouble in the world right now, the track feels like its time has come. It has a shadowy vibe but there’s also a lot of hope in there too, a cry out for people to pay more attention to their own lives, to take responsibility, educate themselves and do the vital basic things that are relevant to their existence, … like voting for instance”.

Boy George: “I have collaborated with Dark Globe a number of times and we always seem to come together in musical harmony, especially since we hardly see each other.
This is absolute virtual magic!
I actually tweeted, “mind your own existence” to some troll on X and I thought ‘bingo’.
The song is very abstract and jumps from one thought to the next. It’s about living in the moment and improving yourself without judging others. With all the current phobia in the world, it feels poignant.
I find we are having debates about things my generation thought were settled.
So yeah. Mind your own existence!”
