Sing A Song Fighter is very happy to be releasing the masterful upcoming album “Galen och kär”, which among other things includes a duet with Mattias Björkas (Vasas Flora och Fauna).
Barnet has a special place in our hearts (and on the Swedish music scene) because they’re hard to compare to other bands and hard to fit into a genre.
Barnet is Barnet. And that’s more than enough.
With three-part, heavenly lead vocals, direct and striking lyrics, and wonderful melodies, their music often becomes lofty and deeply enchanting. And since they have roots in the Swedish folk tradition, that naturally finds its way into the music—accompanied closely by their great love for pop music with glittering arpeggios, floating soundscapes, and analog keyboards and synths, all masterfully recorded here by Christian Gabel (1900, bob hund).
