The person behind the one-man project is Martin "Konie" Ehrencrona, who has made a name for himself as a music producer for eg Mattias Barjed, Nifelheim, Holy, Henrik palm etc, but also as keyboardist in Les Big Byrd and Viagra Boys. Now he stands on his own two feet and first out of two completers is Ny Medicin. Vi mots has an evocative soundscape that is characterized by as much naive DIY aesthetics as brilliant musicianship. An earthy, faintly disturbing mix of Swedish folk tones, DIY jazz, ambience and kraut. Early Kraftwerk pops up as a reference.
