Can I collect my tickets from an Assai Records store?
We don't deal with any physical tickets, all our tickets are e-tickets that are emailed out 2-3 days before the event from a company called Universe. They may go into spam/junk so please keep an eye out in these places too.

The name on the ticket is wrong as I brought these as a gift, can it be changed?
Once you have purchased a ticket we don’t allow for name changes to discourage
reselling of tickets. However, just pass on your confirmation email to the recipient
along with a photo of ID matching the name on the ticket.
I haven’t received my ticket and the event is soon?
If you haven’t received your ticket please don’t worry, if you contact us before 4pm
on the day of the event, we can resend your ticket. Alternatively, we can manually check you into the event if you bring a form of ID with you.
I don’t have ID to match the name on my ticket as I have changed my first/last name?
ID is only asked for if there are any issues with the tickets ie if they have already been scanned into the event or if security needs to verify your age.
I can no longer/don’t want to attend the event anymore, can I get a refund for my ticket?
We offer refunds up until when the tickets are issued. After tickets have been emailed out, we can’t cancel them therefore we can no longer issue a refund. Ticket refunds do fall under our refund policy of a £2 cancellation fee or a full refund for store credit.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
If you can no longer attend the event but someone else in your party can, just provide the person with a photo of your ID to match the name on the ticket. We don't allow for reselling on our tickets so please only give your ticket to someone you know and are happy to provide a copy of your ID to.
The event says sold out, will more tickets go on sale?
If we have any cancellations for tickets, we may make them available again so please make sure to click ‘email me when available’ on the event listing so you are notified.
Can I resell my ticket/buy a resale ticket?
We have a zero tolerance policy on resale tickets. We don’t want any genuine fans being scammed with fake tickets as some of our events do sell out really quickly.

What age limit are your events?
For events the are out stores there are generally alwasy 14+ with under 16's accompanied by an adult aged 18+ but please make sure to check the event listing to confirm.
In store events don't have any age restrictions.
