Metallica are remastering and reissuing their first two albums, Kill ‘Em All and Ride The Lightning, two of the most important records in the history of thrash metal.

Released in 1984, Ride the Lightning marked a huge stylistic leap, spawning classics such as For Whom the Bell Tolls, Fade to Black and Creeping Death which remain staples of their live shows.
