Ausmuteants’ third studio album, Order of Operation was recorded live, with vocal overdubs in the basement of an old Geelong ice cream factory by Mikey Young, then mixed and mastered in his idyllic coastal abode. The sessions spawned a total of 23 songs, which - with a little help from their label - were eventually whittled down to the final record’s 13.
